Please be advised all Moves and/or deliveries are required to be booked online and confirmed with the onsite Building Manager prior to making any Moves and/or deliveries arrangements.
PLEASE NOTE: Fridge/Washing Machine are permitted without a need to book the service lift (you must advise Building Manager on the day of delivery).
You MUST register for the resident portal before you can book your Move/Delivery.
Once you are in the resident portal you click “Organise Move”.
Moves and/or deliveries are permitted:
Monday to Friday within 2 time slots, 9.30am - 1pm or 1:30pm – 4pm.
Moves are not permitted on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays at any time.
It is advisable to book in advance and allow at least 7 days to ensure that the required booking time is available.
The more time you can allow when making a booking the more likely your preferred date/time can be accommodated.
All deliveries and/or moves shall enter the building via the garage loading bay off Yarra Street.
*The vehicle must be under 3 meters high to fit in the loading bay.
Owners and/or managing agents wishing to order additional keys, swipes or remotes can order through the https://www.enginepropertygroup.com.au/key-ordering/ website.
No registration is required to access the online access device order form.
Tenants wishing to order additional keys, swipes or remotes must contact their managing agents directly to arrange.
Central South Yarra has a number of Amenities available to all residents. Residents must ensure they read and understand all signs in relation to the Building Amenities. Each Amenity has outlined Hours of use, which must be adhered to. Residents are reminded that the Amenities are for the enjoyment of all residents. Respect other resident’s rights to use these areas.
It is your responsibility to have your personal items (contents) insured, in addition to fixed contents (floor coverings, window furnishing and light fittings) within you apartment). These areas are NOT covered under the Building insurance, which is incorporated with your Owners Corporation Fees.
Residents have access to bike storage on Ground Level at side lift access. You will need to provide your own lock for security. For assistance in locating storage location please contact Building Management.
Central South Yarra is a non-smoking building.
This means you cannot smoke at any time within the common property. Residents may smoke within their apartments if they so wish.
For Residents convenience there is a rubbish bin chute and recycling bin located on each level.
Residents must ensure the correct waste is placed within each respective bin.
Residents are advised to dispose of all large cardboard boxes at the large recycle bins located on Ground Level. Please follow the onsite signage for directions.
Where possible request the delivery drivers to remove the excess cardboard from the building.
